Our camps are hosted at Little Brooklyn Playschool in Carroll Gardens.
All camps run from 9:00- 3:00.
After Camp available until 5:30 for multi day camps.
School Holiday Camps
Our School Holiday Camps are open to 1st Graders and Up. (kindergarteners can join with a sibling)
Camp runs from 9:00- 3:00 with After Camp available until 5:30 for multi day camps
A day of camp consists of a balance of free play, art activities, and lots of sewing!
No Prior Sewing Experience Needed.

Kids will make a Valentine theme glitter shaker pouch. Note: All glitter will be fully encased in vinyl.

Kids will make upcycled zipper pouches out of candy wrappers and/or chip bags.

Kids will have a cozy week of sewing during Mid-Winter break. Kids will make pillows and pajama pants.

Kids will make a Squishmallow inspired stuffy!

Kids will sew a clear or jelly vinyl pouch prefect for swim goggles or anything they might toss in their beach bag.

This summer we are hosting 7 weeks of camp for Rising 1st- 4th Graders in Carroll Gardens.

A day of summer camp consists of a balance of free play, art activities, sprinkler time, and lots of sewing! Note: Each week has a series of planned projects. If we finish the week's planned projects early we add an extra project in.

Summer Camp!

In this 4 day week kids will make a two tone Zip Top Tote Bag and Confetti Shaker Pouches. To design their tote kids will have their choice of fabrics and straps. To design their confetti shaker pouches kids will sew clear and jelly vinyl together to make a see through pocket to fill with confetti and glitter before sewing their pouch closed- this is always a favorite among the kids! (and don’t worry the glitter is fully enclosed)

In this week kids will make a cross body bag with adjustable strap and coin purse. To design their cross body bag kids will have their choice of a variety of materials and strap options. Kids will use a rivet press to install hardware on their bag

In this week kids will make a metallic vinyl wristlet, wallet, and sew books. Kids will design their wallet using a variety of materials. Kids will use the rivet press to install hardware and a strap to their wristlet.

This is a fashion sewing week! In this week kids will make skirts, scrunchies, and headbands for themselves

It’s American Girl Doll Week! Kids will spend the week making doll clothes and accessories! Note: the patterns for the week are specifically for the American Girl Doll size and proportions but similarly sized and proportioned dolls should work fine.
Kids are encouraged to bring their dolls for doll play all week!!

In this week kids will make a two tone Boxy Pouch using Clear Vinyl, a drawstring backpack, and snap pouches. To make their boxy pouch kids will use an opaque material and clear vinyl to make a very fun and useful pouch. Kids will learn to install plastic snaps for their snap pouches.

In this final week of summer kids will make some supplies to get ready for school. Kids will make pencil sized jelly vinyl pouches , snack pouches, and mini clip on pouches for their backpack.
